He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Bringing to bear his wealth of experiences of over 20 years, covering Accounting, Treasury& Capital Market, Operations and Investment Research provides Accounting, Financial Analysis support for Corporate Finance in their Advisory Projects and Engagements such as $500 M SEPLAT IPO, review of the documentation in the N54 Billion Dangote Sugar IPO, Team member in the raising 2007 N53.6 Billion First Bank Offer, advised on the merger of Centre Point Merchant Bank with Unity Bank.
