We are looking for a passionate, and creative mid-level Web Developer to join our team.
What you will be doing:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, creativity, and attention to detail. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end development, programming languages, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality web solutions. Your core responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality for Laravel-based applications
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, interactive web experiences.
- Manage integrations with third-party APIs, plugins, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Build reusable code and libraries for efficient and scalable development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance, ensuring adherence to modern web standards.
- Implement SEO principles to enhance website visibility and functionality.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1 - 2 years proven work experience as a Laravel Developer & Laravel ecosystem tools or similar role
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to convey technical ideas in a clear, logical fashion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities for remote collaboration.
- Experience with SEO optimization and web analytics tools.
Bonus Points for:
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of modern frontend workflows, such as Webpack or Vite.
