Mrs. Christy Adeyemo is a visionary and resilient Leader with a passion for Human Resources, Organizational Development, Strategy, and Planning. She is a Transformational Coach, and a People Experience Manager leveraging over Twenty-Three (23) years of experience working with high-profile global organizations in commercial and retail Banking. She has built a track record in People Experience Management, Compensation Analysis and Design, HR Audit, Policy and Procedure documentation, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Internal Control and Audit. 

Christy is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management; she holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and also a Microfinance Certified Banker of Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN). She has also attended several local and international courses in Banking operations, Human Capital Management, Credit Management, Internal Control, and Risk Management, which include Euromoney Training in the UK, Oracle Training in Ghana, Emotional Intelligence in Lagos, Employment Law and Contract in Lagos and Future of Work Conference organized by PwC in Madrid Spain. 

She mentors young HR Managers towards productivity and excellence and provides free Career Counselling for young talents. She is also an Author.
