We are looking for a passionate, and creative mid-level Product Designer to join our team.
What you will be doing:
As a Product Designer, you’ll research and architect consumer insight experiences that
can give our users an edge! You’ll get to define exactly what it is, how it works, how it
feels and how it looks. You’ll be creating delightful dashboards and consumer research
interfaces that foster collaboration while abstracting out the complexities of data heavy
research. Your core responsibilities include:
- Inventing intuitive and delightful user patterns that define the future of consumer research
- Abstracting away the complexities of dealing with a lot of data
- Pushing our brand and UI style forward while maintaining a timeless aesthetic
- Making data driven product decisions
- Collaborating with the marketing team on crafting engaging messaging across our products, landing pages, and marketing
- Managing external design resources to accomplish product goals amongst tight deadlines
What you need to succeed:
- The ability to cross communicate across both Product and Engineering
- You're comfortable working in an early stage team, and can navigate low-information environments
- You are in touch with current design methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work closely with engineers to ensure your work is implemented perfectly
- A deep understanding of visual design, typography, grid systems and color theory
- Ability to work with, and build upon existing design systems
- You're comfortable using Figma as the primary design tool
