Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, an eye for detail, and an aptitude for problem solving. You should have a basic understanding of networking, system security and hardware, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. . Your core responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and network servers.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Providing technical support to employees in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Troubleshooting system errors.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements and skills
- A degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering or related field.
- 1 year experience in a Support / System Administrator role.
- Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- You possess good analytical & debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Bonus Points for:
- Develop & Execute PowerShell or Command Shell commands and experience in scripting
